I would highly suggest considering other options for your home repairsOur experience with the Appliance Care Company was very bad Our refrigerator went out after roughly years of use and we went online to randomly get a company to help us Of course appliance care co had decent availability (i suppose that should have been my first sign that maybe I should have vetted them better!)
Nonetheless, we were told there would be extensive repairs and the technician was actually a good guy and told it to us straightUnfortunately, the way we were treated when the parts service man called us was absolutely unacceptable We were told parts needed to be ordered from seperate locations at a cost of dollars just to ship This is after being told our refrigerator would be repaired the same week -- we were now being told those parts were not available and wouldn't be available until the following weekend ! In my simple questioning of why we were told two very different timelines I was told he would NOT be ordering the parts and would NOT do business with us This service parts guy was absolutely out of line in his treatment of us and I vowed to make it public that the way he treated us would not go quietly I strongly suggest considering ANY other company for your home appliance repairs, this company is absolutely terrible and the treatment of their 'customers' is a reflection of their inability to be true service professionals
Very prompt service Service technician quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator They were able to get the part delivered to their store that evening and install it the very next day

Were connected with The Appliance Care Company for our washer that was under warranty with LowesThey came out and researched the problem and ordered the correct partI appreciated the excellent communication as we went through the process of ordering parts/install, etcThey solved the problem and did a couple other jobs with a dryer and fridge as wellThey were friendly, efficient, honest, and most importantly left us with working appliances againI still have their card and will call them again if we need help in the future with our appliances

When I contacted the company, the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful They arranged a time frame in which the service providers would arrive at my home The servicemen arrived on time and work fairly efficiently They were very good about explaining the issue with my dryer They quickly fixed the problem and cleaned my dryer's exhaust He explained about the Review FormHe was vey informative, polite and pleasant through out the time he was there and finished
