We received the attached complaint and would like to respond. We plan to send the requested refund to Mrs. [redacted], in the amount o f $100 (check #[redacted]). We would also like to say that we do feel we went above and beyond in an attempt to remedy Mrs. [redacted]'s situation. The difficulty lied in the...
fact that she hired others before contacting us who were not licensed by the New York State Department of Labor to perform asbestos abatement. Once we arrived on site, we realized that the contamination was much more widespread than originally anticipated, and thus so was the work involved. This did not settle well with Mrs. [redacted].
