our heat pump needed freon, the guy put the freon in and then suggested we change the thermostat, it was working fine.he changed the thermostat that is when the trouble started, the one he took out was working, but the guy claimed it was pulling to much electricity. They sent over, next a guy who didn't know how to wire thermostats, so he found a new problem that wasn't there before they came. I am complaining because 4 days later after spending plenty of money we have no heat, not even the emergency heat the guy said was working. Desired SettlementAfter the guy changed the thermostat, the real trouble started, they sent over a different guy who didn't know how thermostats were wired. We had heat with the original thermostat, the guy changed it only because of it's efficiency. Now it is cold, and 4 days later after 2 different men came, NO HEAT. NOT EVEN EMERGENCY HEAT WHICH THE GUY PROMISED. I wouldn't ever deal with them again.More info received from the consumer 2014-04-21i want to take down my complaint,
