Very bad experience, after getting my car repaired their for over two years they treated me like a numberMy last repair cost over 8k and it took over weeks to repairThey initially quoted me two weeks and blamed everything on geico, ultimately I had to pay for it and instead of offering a solution they kept pointing the fingerService advisors don't really care about customer service but instead will send you a survey after the repair is done begging for you to give them a instead of truly earning itService managers will try to belittle you instead of working with you to find a solutionThey repIaced an arm rest in the vehicle that had two different leather patterns and stated to me that there was nothing they can do about itI had over $worth of rental car fees and I drove minutes from Miami to bring them 7k of businessInstead of acknoweldging that they left me with the $billVery very bad experience considering i've spent over 12k with Alpine jaguar within one yearIf that's not bad enough I called another jaguar dealership and I found the exact arm-rest for my vehicleIt gets even worst a few days after I pick up the vehicle I realize that my rear camera was placed upside down and my driver side twilight was looseAfter I called corporate and sent them all of the pictures and corporate called alpine they still didn't take ownership of the situationEven though geico paid for part and labor for the arm rest and after I found the correct arm rest alpine still declined to put the correct one instead I have to go to another dealershipWhat is Mind Boggling to me about this whole ordeal is that they pride themselves on customer service but treat people like numbersAll of the negative reviews online about them have a commonality, each one was treated like a number, each one of the repairs took a long time and the vehicles each came back to the owner with a problemI would advise the owners of Alpine Jaguar to really pay attention to your staff because they will drive your business to the groundGreat customer service is the only way to retain customer loyalty and drive resultsThey are to many options and if you want to have loyal customers you need to have accountability, if alpine drops the ball they should own itViewers please look at all of the reviews online including yelp, even the ones that yelp is not recommendingYou will see the commonality between all of the bad reviewsI would not recommend them for service instead I would go to *** *** Jaguar
