Hi there, We have been working with *** to resolve this issueDue to an infux of requests, we were not able to respond right awaySince this unit was a gift, it is difficult to track down the order but I am working on this and will refund the purchase once we get the unit sent

think there is some confusion as it to what happened hereIf in fact you never got any usable time out of this product then that is a manufacturing defect that we are responsible for and will refundUp until this point I’m guessing that the support team was under the impression that this Radian may have been used improperlyIt looks like we’ve shipped it back to you after it being tested and working fine only to get returned again for more repairs shortly thereafterIn addition the first time you reached out was a year and a half after purchasing the Radian, hence their conclusionAre you saying that it did not work this entire time? Again if you are stating that you never got it to work for you, that is a different story and we can process a refund on this device due to a manufacturing defectHowever if the Radian is no longer working due to improper handling, that is not a manufacturing defect.Can you tell me where you purchased this Radian? I am rejecting this response because:I purchased this Radian through ***I can find the order number if neededWhile I did get some footage from it, the trouble was with the bulb ramping, which I purchased it forNearly the only footage I got was using the intervalometerOf course, if I just needed an intervalometer I would have purchased a simple one at a much lower price elsewhereThe bulb ramping never worked as promised, which is when I contacted you all, at the point when I realized that trying to get it to work based on your online help and tutorials wasn’t working and it may be technical issue.Of course, then it just went downhill from there and it stopped working completely (and I did not mishandle it if that is what you are getting at).I never was able to get it to work as promised, with no instances where the bulb ramping functioned properly.Is there at least an option to trade it in for parts for some creditif a refund is out of the question? It just seems unacceptable to deem it completely worthless when your team said it is fixableMy experience with this entire product has been almost entirely negative and if getting it repaired and giving the product another chance isn’t an option, I’m looking to salvage something from the time and money I’ve wasted on this faulty product

Hi Revdex.com, I've looked into this complaint and see that the customer's issue was submitted to our engineering team so they could look into the problem. This process took longer than expected and we weren't receiving her emails in customer support. I've located her most recent email to see that she...
