I have researched your account and appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns.Your first issue related to Alpine Loan not accepting personal checks Your loan contract states in upper-case, bold letters: "ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE BY CASH OR MONEY ORDERWE DO NOT
ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS." When you took out the loan and signed the contract, you were given notice of the provision that personal checks would not be accepted.Regarding the remainder of your concerns, we have tried a few times to call you to get some additional information and discuss a resolution However, we've not been able to reach you or hear back from you We want you to be satisfied with your experience with our company and apologize that we've fallen short so far Please give us a chance to address those issues.At your earliest convenience, please call our Chief Operations Officer* *** ***, at ###-###-####, so we can help you.Thank you

contacted your references when we were wholly unable to contact you personally and were looking for current contact information for you.Regarding your account, since you took out your loan some months ago, you have made no payments at all on the account.  Our office was trying to do you the courtesy of contacting you to help you resolve your account balance without the file moving to the legal department for possible legal action.  We hope to avoid that altogether, however, and hope you will contact us to discuss the resolution of your account.Your must understand that your admitted refusal to properly identify yourself, and indeed, to give a false name, does not help us work with you.  For our part, we have taken proper remedial action with the employee that called you to correct his not-insignificant part in escalating the conflict with you, and for that you have our apology.We hope to hear from you soon to resolve your account.  You may work on that directly with me at [redacted]Best wishes to you-

I have received your response and am replying here.As stated in my prior communications with you, we have taken proper remedial action with the employee that called you to correct his not-insignificant part in escalating the conflict with you, and for that you have our apology.  I have not stated that the call with you was appropriately handled.  It appears that you want to know what action that has been taken with the employee and, pursuant to employment privacy laws, we are not able to provide you that information.As you requested weeks ago and ever since you requested it, no one has contacted you at your work or otherwise regarding the debt, and we have left it to you to contact us regarding the settlement of your account.These actions address all of the points from your initial letter.We are still faced with the circumstance that you took a loan from us many months ago and no payments of any kind and in any amount have ever been made.  I again encourage you to contact us to resolve your account.Best wishes,
