We apologize for any misunderstanding, however we did provide the guest with a parking pass for the condo they were staying at and told the guest to park in the parking lot provided at the condo complexWe provided the guest a highlighted map with directions on how to get to their condo and told them exactly where to park We are not sure how they ended up parking blocks away on the Main street where it is clearly marked that there is no overnight parkingThe guest parked there overnight and received the parking tickets from the Marshall's department days in a rowWe are not responsible for our guests parking in non designated parking areas and therefore are not responsible for town issued parking ticketsTherefore we will not be providing any compensationThe [redacted] unit they stayed at is a great condoThe couches are a little warn from being a short term rental but it has constantly been updated and meets the requirements of our Silver rated condosThank you, Telluride Alpine Lodging
