Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Everyone at Leppo Group has been professional and courteous at every turn. They have made steps to release the lien--- one of our desired outcomes of resolution--- and we are working with them to hold the right people accountable. This is now the third time the Revdex.com organization has helped successfully resolve business-related issues my family has faced.I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for your service; I continue to speak well of the organization to anyone willing to listen.Best Regards, [redacted]

First off, thank you to Mr*** for reaching out through the Revdex.com and to the Revdex.com for promptly bringing this to my attention. To give some background behind this case, the statements were being requested by the bank through the dealer (us) because we secured the financing for the vehicle on
Mr***s behalf. Because Mr***s employer failed to verify his employment after multiple attempts from the bank, the bank contacted us for additional information as an alternative verification method. It is our obligation as the dealership that arranged the financing for Mr*** to comply with all requests from the financing bank. If Mr*** had arranged his own loan, we would not have been involved with any additional requests from the bank that he worked with to secure the loan. The very good news is that, with Mr***s help and patience, the bank has notified us as of 4:this afternoon that no further information or verification is needed. Thank you again to Mr*** and to the Revdex.com, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Dan W*** , General Manager, Washington Ford, *** ***

Spoke with *** today at 4:after missing each other's calls since leaving her the first voice mail the day the Revdex.com complaint was delivered to me. She is not interesting in reaching a resolution at this time

[redacted] Regarding our conversation several weeks ago and my complaint...

against Washington Ford. I would like to submit the following response for submission: I spoke with Dan W[redacted] on 10/6 after several missed phones calls. Mr. W[redacted] explained that there was nothing further that they could do to assist me with my complaint. Initially, he explained that he and his employees had no way of knowing that the vehicle had been wrecked. He reminded me that I was given a car fax report, which showed no previous history of repairs or problems with the vehicle. I explained that the vehicle, even though having undergone repairs, continues to experience a front end "clunking noise." He offered to take the vehicle in for evaluation and provide necessary repairs at my expense. I've already incurred expenses to repair the vehicle's front end tie rod just six days after the vehicle warranty had expired. Even though I made the appointment for the repairs prior to the warranty expiring. Washington Ford was not willing to assist with these repairs after I notified them of the problem (the repairs were ultimately done by a local Ford dealership since Washington Ford was unwilling to help).  I further explained to Mr. W[redacted] that he and his employees grossly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase, I specifically inquired about any previous issues or damage to the vehicle that may not be reported on the car fax. He explained that prior to putting a vehicle on the lot for sale, they (Washington Ford) complete a 196 point inspection which includes putting the vehicle on a overhead rack and inspecting the underside of the vehicle. Since this was done, Washington Ford clearly realized that the vehicle had suffered severe damage, as the front underside of the vehicle has replacement parts that still have the labels affixed from the dealership that the parts were purchased from and most likely repaired by. I've taken this vehicle to several other dealerships and repair shops and all have clearly stated that it is very apparent that the vehicle was in an accident.. After Mr. W[redacted] dismissed my complaint and request for a full refund, I clearly explained to him that my next step would be legal action. After the call ended, I received a email from Mr. W[redacted] offering to evaluate the vehicle for repairs, and offering to evaluate the vehicle for trade-in. At this point, why would I consider entering into another sale with Washington Ford? I've taken the vehicle to other dealerships to consider trade in. As soon as they realize the vehicle has been wrecked, the value of the vehicle is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I've lost a significant amount of money on this purchase because they failed to accurately represent the condition of the vehicle at the time of purchase. At this point I do not wish to continue a relationship with Washington Ford. However, at minimum I feel that they owe me the courtesy of repairing the vehicle at their expense, reimbursing me for the repair expenses incurred to date, and proving monetary compensation for the overpayment on the vehicle at the time of purchase. Please contact me at your convenience - [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, Please see attached our letter in response.  We have been in communication with Mr. [redacted] and believe this complaint has been resolved.   We greatly appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s assistance with this matter and are working to release the lien in...

question. Please feel free to contact Erin P[redacted] ([redacted]) if there are further questions. We thank you in advance for your assistance with this process! ==================================================================(Rev... - converted from original document.) We are in receipt of complaint #[redacted] filed by Mr. [redacted] on November 1, 2017. In situations such as this, Leppo is not looking to profit from filing a lien on a homeowner’s property – we are simply asking to either be paid in substitution of paying our customer who performed the work, or for assistance in getting paid by the contractor.Glenn L[redacted], CEO of Leppo Rents, spoke with Mr. [redacted] on November 3rd, and continued to communicate with him via email throughout the weekend. Mr. [redacted] has been very helpful in providing us with copies of the cashed checks he paid to the contractor, and it is clear Mr. [redacted] and his associates took advantage of both of us. Based on this, we are working with our counsel to release the lien against the property. The parties discussed the issues at hand, and we believe the Complaint to be properly resolved at this time.We would like to note that we did not have prior knowledge of the relationship between the customer who rented the equipment (Mr. [redacted]) and the contractor who performed the work on Mr. [redacted]’s property (Mr. [redacted]). That information was provided to us by Mr. [redacted] when we retrieved the equipment from his property, and we appreciate being informed of the situation. Mr. [redacted] is someone prohibited from renting from us due to prior non-payment. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing when Mr. [redacted] uses his friends posing as new customers to rent equipment from us that they are truly renting for him and not for themselves. It is unfortunate in this situation that two otherwise innocent parties have been harmed by the bad business dealings of this third-party.Leppo Rents greatly appreciates the assistance Mr. [redacted] has provided in producing as much information as he has regarding the contractor and our customer who are really the parties at issue. We are working diligently with counsel to release the lien, and hope to have that resolved for Mr. [redacted] as soon as possible.Should the Revdex.com or Mr. [redacted] have any further question, please feel free to contact me – [redacted].With Kindest Regards, Erin *. P[redacted]CFO & In-House Counsel
