When you made reservation with 3rd party company you paid directly to them. Booking company gave us their credit card...

to charge for your stay.

Once the incident happened, we immediately informed you that hotel will comp your stay. So we have not charged the 3rd part company's card at all.
We have requested 3rd party to issue full refund to you for inconvenience. I emailed the case number to you, which is XXXXXXXX along with their confirmation that it is going to be processed.
I was calling 3rd party many times to confirm the refund, however they said that they need to receive confirmation from you that this is what is happening. I emailed you about it on 12/4/15.
There is nothing Hotel can do to force the 3rd party company to refund money to you.
We apologize for your experience at our Inn, this is definitely not service we provide, that's why we have not charged a single dollar for your stay.
I want to notice, that authorization for deposit charged by Hotel has been refunded immediately to your account, and there was no delay in this.
Below you can find email showing that full refund for you was requested from 3rd party.

Show me where your 12/04/2015 email states that, in order to proceed, I must contact the 3rd party vendor... because you DIDNT and you are LYING.
