I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
An attached copy of the permit has been included We made multiple failed attempts from different phones to contact the homeowners With out the ability to communicate it is impossible to install a project We have since settled on an agreement to not do the work at all
