I received a facebook message from [redacted] asking about the crop of a picture she received and also the size of a magnet she purchasedI sent a message back advising I would check it out and get back to her.I looked up the order and reviewed her purchase and sent a message asking her to give me a callShe sent a message back requesting me to call her and gave me her phone numberI called her and reviewed the orderI verified if she received all the items she orderedPackage number (5xindividual photo, 5xteam photo, wallets and a mat) and one x inch magnet was ordered and receivedIn addition, I advised her that she received additional wallets which was not included in the package she purchasedI advised her that she received exactly what she ordered plus additional wallets.She asked why is her magnet smaller than another persons magnetNot knowing who she was talking about and what they ordered I could not quickly answer her question, but assured her she got exactly what she ordered, plus some.At that point the tone of the conversation completely changedMrs [redacted] became very upset and began using abusive languageI advised her that I would give her a full refund if she is not satisfiedShe insisted that I give her a 4xinch magnetAgain I advised her she did not order that sizeAt that point she began yelling and screaming at meShe hung up.A few minuets later Mrs [redacted] called back and made threats that she would ruin my business if I did not do exactly what she demandedAt that point any effort to solve her problem was impossible.She also made a statement that I give some people better quality than othersI have no idea what she is referring toAll customer orders are done with the exact same qualityEach product printed by a professional lab, by expert technicians using professional equipment.I will give her a refund of $that she has requested in her complaint

Clearly, you can see in the photos I have attached they do not matchTell me, if you had paid for these photos of you child, you would not be happyMy magnet is not the 3.5x5" he advertises and my daughter's arm is cropped off whereas in the package I ordered it is not!! Clearly theyshould matchI hope I never have to deal with rhis man againI will let my softball and teeball coach's know what a hassle it to get this man to admit he is wrongHe just doesn't want to redo my magnet only because he had to redo an entire order for another player that he [redacted] up onI have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards, [redacted]

Clearly, you can see in the photos I have attached they do not match. Tell me, if you had paid for these photos of you child, you would not be happy. Package number 4 (1 5x7 individual photo, 1 5x7 team photo, 4 wallets and a mat) and one 3.5 x 5 inch magnet was ordered and received. In addition, I advised her that she received 4 additional wallets which was not included in the package 4 she purchased. I advised her that she received exactly what she ordered plus 4 additional wallets.She asked why is her magnet smaller than another persons magnet. Not knowing who she was talking about and what they ordered I could not quickly answer her question, but assured her she got exactly what she ordered, plus some.At that point the tone of the conversation completely changed. Mrs [redacted] became very upset and began using abusive language. I advised her that I would give her a full refund if she is not satisfied. She insisted that I give her a 4x5 inch magnet. All customer orders are done with the exact same quality. Each product printed by a professional lab, by expert technicians using professional equipment.I will give her a refund of $6.00 that she has requested in her complaint.
