On April 5,2016 Mr. [redacted] called and wanted propane delivered for that day. He said he had run out of propane and thought that he had a delivery scheduled for the previous week but no one showed up. credit card. Mr. [redacted] agreed to be put on hold to try to find out what had happened. After checking with the manager a courtesy call was made to Mr. [redacted] the previous week to see if he needed any propane. According to the manager and Mr. [redacted] delivery driver who was there when he made the courtesy call, Mr. [redacted] told them that he was OK and did not need any right now. He had checked the tank and said that he was at 20% and would not need propane for a while. He said he would fill at the summer price and would call when he was ready. The manager said that if he. wanted propane today there would be an off route fee as well as a pressure test fee because it was not his regular delivery day and he declined when he was called earlier. The message was relayed to Mr. [redacted] that there would be additional fees to have propane delivered that same day. He was not happy and said he knew he had ordered a propane delivery for last week because he had already paid for the propane and did not feel he should have to pay additional fees. Mr. [redacted] was told that there was no payment showing on his account and to please call and check with his credit card company first, and then we would go from there. He said OK and that he would. call back. He called back and had his credit card company on the line as well. They confirmed that there was not a charge on his credit card for propane the week prior. He said OK but he really thought that he had paid for it. He finally agreed that no payment had been made and asked us to run his credit card for the propane delivery he wanted that same day. The payment was run. The payment was for the propane only. He said he still did not feel that he should have to pay additional fees for a propane delivery that same day because he felt that we had made the mistake. Mr. [redacted] wanted to speak to the manager and was transferred to him.. The manager tried to talk to him but he was not listening and trying to talk over him. The manager then told him that he needed to find a different propane provider and that we would be there to pick up the. tank. Both parties hung up. Mr. [redacted] called back about an hour later and apologized to the receptionist. He said he was sorry for getting upset with her that he knew she was not involved with it but still felt he should not pay any additional fees. He also asked us to refund his previous payment that had been done earlier in the day. We let him know that had already been done. He said he did not see  it on his account. We told him it could take a little while to show up but we would be happy to send him a copy of the refund. He asked that we let the manager know that he would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.
