I am rejecting this response because: What assurance do we have that the replacement oven will not blow plus degree air into the room and that it will have gaskets on the doors that don't gap and leak additional heat into the room? ** has told us repeatedly that these things are on their ovensIf this is functioning, we certainly should have been advised that the oven would act as a high powered heater in our home whenever it was in use

this point ** feels the initial problem with the oven has been corrected but because the customer remains unconvinced they have offered to replace the oven with a new unit at no additional cost to the ***sUnfortunately ** was told that they were not interested in a new oven, they only wanted their money backWe sell many ** *** ovens and have been a ** dealer for yearsI have complete confidence in the quality of their products and the professional way their service people operateI am sorry that the ***s experienced this service issue but I feel First Coast Supply and ** has done everything possible to resolve itI hope that the ***s will allow ** to replace this oven and I feel confident if that happens and they give it chance to prove what a great product it is they will be happy and this issue will be over. I am rejecting this response because:  We initially believed the chassis of the oven to be warped and that that was the cause of the problem.  ** came to fix the excessive heat blowing into the oven 4 times.  After the forth visit and still not fixing the problem, the repairman and then Customer Service changed their tune to "Oh, actually this is how it is supposed to work, it's supposed to blow hot air in your kitchen"  We measured the air being forcefully blown into our kitchen at 110 degrees.  When we told the repairman this and demonstrated that to be the case with a laser thermometer he said that when the oven is set above 350 degrees, the heat blowing out will be even hotter.  This is not acceptable to us but apparently it is acceptable to **. I spent innumerable hours on the phone with ** service department trying to get them to replace this faulty unit.  They never offered to replace it!  After contacting Revdex.com [redacted] from ** called me.  He did not offer to replace the unit.  He told me that it is normal for ** ovens to blow 110 degree air into the kitchen and even hotter.  What we are asking for is a refund for this oven which has been used only once.  We received an instant rebate when we purchased the oven because we purchased three appliances at once.  In fairness to First Coast we will also return the unused dishwasher.  These appliances are in a condo which is being renovated.  No one is living in the condo at present.
