Poor experience with this company from the beginning. I used them to put in sprinklers in the back yard of my new construction home. First, they forgot to put in the drip line system altogether. Second, they did not properly adjust any of the sprinkler heads. I had heads watering my fence, the side of my house and a couple that were completely backwards. Third, they layed down sod without wiring the automatic spriklers to come on in 90 degree heat. Lastly, they knowingly planted a tree with invasive roots next to my foudation. Probably the most dissapointing part of my experience with alpine ridge was the rude and unprofessional way [redacted] dealt with these mistakes.
Alpine Ridge was contracted to do our lawn maintenance at our business. Last summer one of Alpine's employees used RoundUp on our vinca ground cover thinking it was a weed. Cody admitted to it and offered to replace the vinca in the fall. It was never done. This spring I made numerous phone calls and emails to Cody to find out when they would start our sprinklers and spring clean up and plant the vinca. I did not receive any response. My staff informed me that someone from Alpine had come to "turn the water on for the sprinklers" but I was never informed of anything else. After more unanswered emails and phone calls to Cody over the next 6 weeks, the grounds were never attended to by Alpine. Answering my calls or emails to let me know they did not want to continue servicing our lawn would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, I was left hanging with our grounds looking awful and out several vinca plants! I would not recommend Alpine Ridge and will be sure to steer others away!
