They placed a roof on my rental house and did a great job. Then I ordered replant windows Jan of 2015. To this date they have not been delivered, installed, and we don't have our money back. When I threatened to file a complaint with the Revdex.com four windows were delivered to my rental house. Three were installed, incorrectly and the fourth is still sitting in my garage. The windows that are installed have exposed the wood frame of the house to the outside weather. This is wasting electricity amd the winter is coming. Not to mention that with all this rain who knows what damage is being done. The interior wood has been exposed for a few months. When given the option to please just deliver the windows I was told that he didn't have time. When asked if he even had the windows the subject was changed. Now he refuses to return any calls or text. Once the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com I was Co t acted and told the windows would be put in. An appt was made and Mr. [redacted] and his crew never showed. We haven't heard from him since. I am out thousands of dollars and Mr. [redacted] is makino no effort to correct the problem or to refund my money. Avoid this company at all cost!!!","neg-1

Hired Alpine Roofing to build a deck.Complaint:steps wrong,ramp too wide and ste March 2015. Location my home [redacted]March 2015 problems Alpine not answering texts or phone callSteps are wrong. Ramp steep and wide and not on path. Now he wants to charge is to move ramp.Also siding Not on house.That they removedDesired SettlementI would like definite date of completion? I like my steps short distance between as agreed and I like ramp moved to path. Even if ramp is only same size a side walk.Without additional charges. To correct railing when is moved. Owner [redacted] check steps prior to leaving. He left to is carpenter. It was wrong as was ramp. Then I like my vinyl siding put up. Since they removed. [redacted] offered so much.Not knowing that extra.Was chargeable.He offered to put a doggie door in walk.Then later decided he want no part.Business Response I talked with Mr.[redacted] concerning the steps. He informed me that the date we were going to fix the steps that he was now going to be on vacation. He told me that the neighbor was watching the house and to go ahead. There was NO WAY I was going to fix them while he was gone. The next time we attempted he said his wife was sick. We want to help Mr. [redacted] but only when he is personally there so that if he has a question or concern it can be addressed. On May 25, [redacted] and his assistant. Came without advance notice. They built the stairs, they are now the way I wanted, but they ran out of wood for railings. The only wood left in my front yard was the 3 boards for step framing. Plus board for stairs in yard,Now [redacted] and I are playing phone tag. I asked in a text yesterday when will railing be completed. I also provided my wife [redacted] days off. Still waiting.
