I'm writing this complaint so you can be aware of this business owner actionI walked into the Grossmont Center, La Mesa CAI was very please to see a Black owned business My brother was looking to buy a special hat, we order the hat through Erwin TMrErwin said it would only take two weeks, after four weeks we called and went back to the store several times but could not get a good reason why it was taking so longOn July 4, my brother went back to the store and it still was not readyWe then wanted a refund, we were told we could not get our money backMrT then called to say the hat would be ready in minutes to come backMrT then called my home number which I feel he got it from the caller ID when my brother called me from the storeI have never seen or heard a store owner call a customer and argue with them for minutes or moreThis guy would not let me get a word inHe was so rude and unprofessionalHe really needs to work on being a more professional business ownerI would never buy anything from his store again or recommend any one I know to do soOne other thing my brother went to get the hat on the July 5, @ 10am, of course he was not openMy brother drove back home and called he said was there @ the timeHe is not a very professional or honest person

Over priced!! He will make u feel disgustedI have a copy of my receipt what charged me for an itemI would like to share itHis background needs to be checked out

Mr. Erwin said it would only take two weeks, after four weeks we called and went back to the store several times but could not get a good reason why it was taking so long. On July 4, 2016 my brother went back to the store and it still was not ready. We then wanted a refund, we were told we could not get our money back. Mr. T then called to say the hat would be ready in 30 minutes to come back. Mr. T then called my home number which I feel he got it from the caller ID when my brother called me from the store. I have never seen or heard a store owner call a customer and argue with them for 15 minutes or more. This guy would not let me get a word in. He was so rude and unprofessional. He really needs to work on being a more professional business owner. I would never buy anything from his store again or recommend any one I know to do so. One other thing my brother went to get the hat on the July 5, 2016 @ 10am, of course he was not open. My brother drove back home and called he said was there @ the time. He is not a very professional or honest person.

Review: the jersey that I got is a fake and he wont admit and had very bad customer service and didnt have a sign where it said all sales are final and all I want is my money backDesired Settlement: have good customer service

This guy is a total rip off artist, swindler, fast talker, and down right a liar. He sold me a Tony Gwynn Padre shirt for $150 and the same shirt was being sold at another sports store for $80. This guy should not be in business.
