I am rejecting this response because: This business said they would furnish me with a letter stating that they sent me to collections for a bill that had been paid for years and for which they were in possession of the
receipt with my other paperwork, but failed to do soThey were 100% unresponsive to any attempt to contact them afterward, choosing instead to hide from their error like a child hides from their parents when they know they have made a mistake.I am still waiting for my letter from this company and an apology for making me resolve this "unfortunate error" for themThis company and everyone that works there should be ashamed of themselves and their second rate business practices.I have retained all of my paperwork and records to make dealing with this easier when I'm sure it will happen again

Alpine Urology...has resolved the situation to satisfy both parties is too vague ~ I do not want to accept this response then later learn that I mis-understood or mis-heard what I was told on the phone.
