It is unfortunate that people that smoke do not recognize that the smell of smoking lingers in the house and is extremely difficult to remove We clearly advertise our property as being strictly non smoking and allergen free We further state that
if you smoke, or if anyone in your group smokes- do not rent this property Our contract states that no smoking is permitted on the premises This group smoked and chose to ignore the rules, due to this we incurred additional expenses that we require to be compensated for. We have hired an attorney to advise us how to retrieve the additional expenses incurred from this group and their smokingWe will let you know the outcome when we have closure on the case
