Dispenser we furnished was a Gilbarco Encore Invoice #states incorrectly a Final invoice #states correctly an Encore We never told *** we were furnishing and installing a new systemThe pump we furnished was clean and tested, both electronically and mechanicallyWe
did install a new pumping unit kit in the PNL at no charge to *** except laborOur day warranty on used equipment is for parts only, which is above most petroleum companies warranty on used equipMost are no warranty at allThree times there was complaints that I in-turn called our electrician, who lives near-by, to go see what the issue wasOnce the breaker was turned offThe complaints about not returning calls or coming down to see the issue they called about, is totally untrueI spoke myself to *** over the phone 4-timesYou don't stay in business very long ignoring requests for service or issues customers haveyears in business speaks for itselfWe were unawrae they hired another companyThey have issues with vapor lock at this location that they don't want to believeI hear they think they have piping issues we createdIf that was the case, this pump would never workIt works when it is cooler and has issues in extreme heat*** knows this for a fact because when he wets the piping under the pump down with water, it pumpsWe have work orders and time sheets showing we made an effort everytime we were calledWould be most happy to email them to you if necessary*** should have copies of every work order from us when we responded, if he still has themWhat upsets us the most is for *** to say we were non-responsiveMaybe his wife didn't pass the word along when we called and normally she answered the phoneThe RNL is out of warrantyIt has since required a new pumping unit kit which the invoice is outstanding at $Our electrician and *** installed thisThe electrician didn't charge him anything in reality it should have been charged since pump is out of warranty on parts onlyMy theory on this unit needing replaced is that they continually let it run when it was hot hoping it would eventually start pumping.Let me know if I can be of further help
