Donn with Alpine Window Fashions installed multiple plantation shutters, shades, and blinds in our two-story home.
The first two meetings with Donn were to discuss what types of window treatments we wanted. We changed our minds many times but Donn remained patient and gave us some great suggestions to help us get the look we wanted at the best price. At the end of the second meeting, Donn took final measurements and was very upfront with us about the length of time it would take for the window treatments to be custom made (about three weeks). Donn's bid was far below the other companies' bids (at least 45% lower than the highest bid); and although we didn't choose a company based on price alone, it was very nice that Donn's bid happened to be the lowest - perhaps this is because it is a family-owned company. We chose Donn because of his expertise and ease of working with him.
Donn called us several days before the window treatments were ready to schedule an install appointment. He arrived on time and as usual, was very professional, neat, and efficient. We will definitely be using Donn in the future when we buy our next home and highly recommend him to anyone else needing window treatments for their home or business.
