We provided the patient with a contract showing the amount of the hearing instruments and services providedThe payment amount is set by Wells Fargo so we have no control over thatI stated the amount that was on the sheet which showed a monthWe process the insurance once the patient has agreed to keep the hearing aids since there is a day trial periodWe did so but due to the Holidays the insurance company and mail took longer than expectedWe don't promise a time period because we never know how long it may takeThe insurance company and Mary both called together and the issue was handledAt this time I know of no issue with the patient or insuranceEach time the patient came in we called and checked with the insurance company to assist in the process but it was out of our hands at that pointInsurance told us that it took them a couple weeks to process and then a couple weeks to approveThe only time we were unable to help Mary is when the building was broken into and we could not access our recordsEverything should be taken care ofThank you, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: The entire time I was getting set up for the hearing aids, I told Mr C [redacted] I did not want to pay anything for my hearing aids I knew I had money left on my insurance that I could use to get new hearing aids and I told him that is all I wanted to us As it turns out Blue Cross Blue Shield is telling me Mr C [redacted] is not even in the network Mr C [redacted] assured me I would not be having to come out of my pocket to pay for the hearing aids I assumed he called the insurance company to verify I had adequate insurance I have a bill that I am having to pay to wells fargo because I had it financed so Mr C***'s office could get their money right away I dont want to keep the hearing aids now because I was misled in that I am going to have a huge bill on my hands to pay back because Mr C***'s office is not in network Furthermore, I dont see how I would be treated fairly as far as my checkup, adjustments or any further exams that would be necessary at this point I would like to give these hearing aids back, get a refund and Mr C***'s office not hear from me any moreAlps only called the insurance company once while I was present.Regards, [redacted]
