On *** May 2016, at Prepaid Mobile shop located on *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***), we purchased a SIM card (T-mobile for me) each at USD+ taxes in cash and were told to include our bank details in a form as a procedural process, whereby in the event that we need to top up the credit to the SIM card, we could just make a call to do so, and the maximum credit top up is USD Before we sign any document, we were assured again and again that the card will not be charged unless we make the callWe never ever made any such call, and were shocked to realize that our cards have each been charged USD (equivalent to SGD 567.61) on *** May (according to bank transaction)
We requested for a refund but never got it back

On September * I bought an Iphone in a store located on 7Avenuethe cellphone price was + taxes, dollar totalI pay cash and the seller then asked me for a debit or credir card in order to activate the warranty of the Iphone, but he told he was not going to charge me anythingSuddenly I notices he has charged me dollars in my debit card without my autorization and I started complaining of course, and he told me that it was a mistake and he has already cancelled the purchase
Of course the dollars has never been cancelledI googled the store and it does the same to most of the tourist that buy something

On ** May, the Indian shop attendant told us that:

Hello,
I bought mobile phones with Simple Mobile (or Royal as on the sales slip)
at the check out I was informed that I am not allowed to use the phones with the AT&T carrier - and as a guarantee that it would not be used in the first 6month a penalty was blocked on the credit card (which would only be taken upon using AT&T)
however, the amount was immediately taken - and since then, the website doesn't respond, the phone number is not activated - and in the internet there are several pages with fraud information on this specific business
I believe it is incredible that the business is allowed to further operate with so many victims - in the middle of NY
can you pls help in reclaiming the amount which was falsely positioned as guarantee and is $799!
I have shared also all details with NYPD
thanks

I bought a cell phone from this store
Then they charge me an extra 329.99$ on something they call "NO AT&T for days", I didn't authorize this amount billing, it is not a product or service
In any case I want back to the store, and I ask for refund and canceling the charge of 329.99$, after some argument they agree and say that they will refund me and give me my money back, but actually they give me a fake refund
This store sales knew I'm a visitor in NY
When I called them from Israel to complain about the refund, they say that they gave me a credit store
How come they gave me a credit store on a charge that I didn't approve?
What did I buy in this amount of 329.99$?
They know I'm a tourist that will probably never will be able to use this store credit
I start checking this store over the web and find out on many scams that they preforming on touristI also contact a police officer from NYPD (by Email) which say that this store in known as a tourist scam
I calle
