Al's Auto Repair

I brought my car into Al's to get the thermostat changed and got a phone call a little later from Albert about the car, (Mind you I have not had any issues with the car for more than a year) he told he that it was leaking and that the water pump baring's were going out. All this without taking anything off. He told me that it was going to be over $900 and I told him no tank you. Later that day I get a phone call from my son that the car was overheating and that it was smoking. I was not happy so I called Al's and no answer. I finally got ahold of Albert and went in to talk to him and he literally laughed in my face ad his exact words were, "people come in everyday saying that there are things now happening to there vehicles after we look at them and it happens." He had no explanation for anything other than, I didn't d anything to it. Albert is a nice guy but it seems like there is no responsibility or accountability there. I have put in calls for Al (owner) to call me back and I have not got any call back. Very unprofessional.
