I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if a check for $3,050.00 is received within 7 days and said check is honored by Mr. C[redacted]'s bank. 
I must add that Mr. C[redacted] has made no effort to resolve this matter, but we need to find another roofer and move on.

We have gone back and forth about this customer. We can't seem to  be able to resolve it to their satisfaction. In the end we have decided to attempt to resolve this situation by offering the return of $3050.00. Our name and reputation are very important to us and we have enjoyef our A+...

Who do I contact to complain about a consultant that is now telling me it will take 7-10 days for a credit to my account after lying to me about my order from 7/05?This individual is a liar and has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth about MARY K- I already have bought $300 worth of product from her and NOW I am waiting for a credit of one tube of facial cream for $17.85 that I ordered on 7/05 because she refuses to send it to me, gives me all these excuses as to why she didn't(because I didn't order two of them) and now is saying its going to take 7-10 days to get my credit?

Review: On September 25, 2013 my fiancé [redacted] had dropped off my vehicle to have an issue looked at. Upon inspection by the mechanic it was determined that a sensor needed to be replaced on the car which is a 2003 [redacted]. The mechanic contacted us by phone and explained that the cam sensor needed to be repaired. An agreement was reached that the cam sensor would be replaced as well as an oil change and front brake pads. The agreement was also that the work was not to exceed $500.00. A few days later the work was completed. An explanation of what was done was more than what was agreed to and the total amount was $616.82. The work that was completed was the front brake pads, the oil change, the cam sensor, as well as a motor mount. At no point did we receive a phone call regarding the motor mount needing to be replaced. We did not pick up the car from Al's auto until December 5, 2013 because we did not expect the cost would be so high. **. [redacted] had been in contact with the mechanic which agreed to hold the vehicle until payment could be made. Once I picked up the car on 12/5/13 I inspected the vehicle and found a [redacted] bag with a receipt in the trunk. The receipt date was 11/30/13. I also noticed that the sticker in the window showing what mileage I need to have another oil change. There was over 500 miles put on my car while it was in possession of Al's Auto. Upon driving the car for about 30 miles that same day the car was still showing signs of the same issues that it was showing when we initially took the car there. The car feels like it wants to stall out while driving. **. [redacted] returned to Al's auto that same day to show them the issue was still not fixed at which time he was told that the car needed to be warmed up. After paying $616.82 the car should not be having the same issues as it was when I first dropped it off. When asked about the miles that had been driving **. [redacted] was told that they did in fact drive the vehicle to make sure it was running properly which it is not. After locating this bad and receipt from 11/30/13 when I clearly did not have the vehicle since it was still in the possession of Al's Auto I know the car was driving way out of the area that they would be test driving the car. The receipt was for a [redacted] in [redacted], Maryland.Desired Settlement: I feel that with all the information above a refund is in order. The mechanic or any other employee was not given permission to go above the agreed amount for repairs of $500.00 as well as they were not given permission to drive the vehicle to do their black Friday shopping. When the issues had been brought to their attention I feel it was just brushed off as no big deal however it is. If something would have happened while they were in possession of my car such as an accident I would have been held liable.
