Clocks repaired do not work. Failure to respond to request for followup. Also watches left for appraisal not returned.I spent $970 for repair of three clocks, none of which work. I have repeatedly requested repairs, but my calls have not been returned and appointments have been cancelled. I also left nine watches for appraisal and possible purchase. I have requested that they be returned and they have not been returned. The shop has now closed and phone calls and letters are ignored.Desired SettlementReturn of the nine watches I now consider stolen. Refund of the $970 spent for repairs that were defective.
