They both are informative and very knowledgable in their jobs as professionals.They both both are respectful and Plesant to have in your home! For (45 Yrs.) and have always handled the household Repairmen-most of which if capable, are anything NOT like all of the above.. FRAUDS!!! SENT a Postcard as if I REQUESTED a water heater maintenance service & if anything happened to my tank I wouldn't be insured & they would check it for me for $59.00....This is A SCARE TACTIC & Wrong Info ...& I never used them ..never requested anything & they ripping off seniors in southern Florida...
Very Expensive to fix a piple lieak next to my Water Meter $350. I would say my own fault for using them. I thought they are reputable but my Neighbors and Friends confirmed that $350 is a lot more than they paid.
I had my a/c serviced today. The Tec Was [redacted]. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. If Possible , in the future I would like to have him perform whatever work that needs to be done on my a/c.
So happy with your employee Eddy L.. He was prompt, knowledgeable,courteous and professional. Definitely one of your best technicians. He would make a wonderful supervisor. Definitely will be requesting him in the future. Thanks, [redacted]
First the Salesman (Stephen B), showed up to my house in record time (about one hour). He was professionally dressed and appropriate in every way. Steve had an entire binder filled with pictures of previous jobs as proof of quality. He also had a wealth of information while clearly describing why I do and do not need certain things done to my central air conditioning system. I opted to have my unit replaced with a new Carrier 4 ton 16.5 seer (it's quiet)! He explained why recommendations (from other companies) to change my a.c. ducts and vents were not only unnecessary, but a complete waste of time. I have never felt more comfortable hiring a company. I literally stopped him in the middle of talking and said, "you're hired and I want this unit".
Secondly the technicians, they were on time and quiet. Both men (Wayne and Jeremy) were very polite and the quality of work was nice. They cleaned up after themselves and left a beautiful new system for me to enjoy.
Lastly the Supervisor (Nigel Findley), the next day I had an issue with my house not cooling down. Even though I was quite upset, they sent technicians out immediately. It turned out that the Nest Thermostat [that I requested they leave in place] was faulty and causing my heat to run at the same time as the a.c. Before the technicians finished the original install I did mention that the air didn't feel cool, but they explained that it was due to the house being without a.c. all day. Because they didn't catch the heating problem, Nigel had the second set of technicians install a temp thermostat at no charge and has offered to replace my Nest thermostat with a Carrier Edge at no cost as well because the problem was not caught the first time.
The entire staff from Receptionist to Management has been professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend this company anyone! My house is cold and I know I've got a dependable team of experts ready to help at a moments notice. Can't put a price on that kind of quality. I really do "Love Those Guys!"
I am very happy with this company..The Plumber was here on time..Gave me a very fair price..Was 100% right on the estimate..Very courteous, clean and did a great job.

Recently, we had the Plumbing Service from Lindstrom. Our hot water pipe needs to be re-piped through the attic space. [redacted] and his helper did the wonderful job for us. Outstanding, professionalism and knowledge of their special skill....If you are looking for a plumbing service, they are the one you can trust!!!
