I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
There is no resolution, Mr [redacted] should contact me after talking with his employee [redacted].

This Dining room table is from a collection that we carry in our store. It is a large collection and although we carry 20 or so pieces, we don't have everything. Lots of samples on showroom floor of the finish and quality. Although this is not the top of the line furniture, is is very good quality...

for the money. yes the color of wood could very some, yes the tile top could have different color ,sizes and shapes in the top but over all it passed the inspection everything goes through before a customer receives it. I don't have this on the showroom floor but I do have one in my own home and use it often. Hope this explains the rustic oak look. [redacted] ..Owner

Mrs. [redacted] to the Best recliner, instead of the Lane recliner and especially since the salesman did meet Mr. [redacted], he knew it would be the
best chair for Mr. [redacted].
From what our records show, they purchased the recliner in February of 2015 and then in October of 2015 the mechanism broke. We gladly
ordered the part and replaced at no charge. Then in February of 2016, the mech broke again, and once again we came out and replaced and fixed
the recliner at no charge. Now, from what I understand the mechanism has broke again and the cushion core needs to be replaced. I am VERY
willing to fix the recliner according to our policies and procedures. The cost of the cushion core and labor fee to replace is $115, the mechanism
is still under warranty, and will be no charge. I feel that Mr. [redacted] could be well over the weight limit for this chair. However, Al’s Furniture
will stand behind all of our manufacturer’s warranties.
We have a great staff here at Al’s, who are trained to sell the best product for each individual situation. I feel that our staff did the best job for
what the situation was.
Thank you,

Review: My husband and I went into Al's Furniture on 02/17/15 to look at [redacted]. The Lane Furniture website list them as an Authorized Dealer. When we arrived, we were greeted by a salesman who directed us over to the recliner section. He mentioned they had several models to look at. Now, my husband was with me, at 6'5" and over 350lbs, the salesman was quite aware of what he was dealing with. We specifically requested the Lane recliner since it had a weight capacity of 500lbs. He stirred us to a recliner that he felt was better. It had a a higher back and assured us we were getting a "comparable" product to the Lane chair. We went with his expertise/advice and paid $1,001.45 and picked up the chair the next day. I should have know that any salesperson working on commission is going to "say anything" to close a deal. About 5 months later, we experienced issues with recliner mechanism failure. It was covered until warranty with a friendly disposition. Then experienced a similar issue again about 3-4 months later. It was covered until warranty with a friendly disposition. Recently, we experienced mechanism failure with seat failure. And guess what changes when your warranty expires, coverage with a friendly disposition. The individuals in the service department are less than eager to replace the mechanism without charging $75 plus the cost of the seat. I requested to speak to someone such as the [redacted] or the [redacted]. I was directed to [redacted], who listened to my issues but was less than willing to discuss a resolution. Light bulb moment, [redacted] mentioned that the chair we purchased was covered under warranty for up to 350lbs, making this chair NOT COMPARABLE to the Lane chair we originally wanted. THIS EXPLAINS WHY WE HAVE EXPERIENCED ALL OF THE ISSUES WE HAVE HAD INCLUDING SEAT FAILURE. When I brought this up, [redacted] was less than willing to discuss further nor, willing to come to a compromise.Desired Settlement: I would like the recliner I have exchanged for the LANE recliner we originally wanted. I am willing to pay the difference.

Review: A table I purchased from Al's Furniture is riddled with mistakes. I've had a representative come look at this table. He told me this is the kind of workmanship one expects these days. I disagree. He said he would not order another one because it will not be any better than the one I have, a rebate was out of the question and that "it is what it is". If is is the quality that is coming from America's factories we're screwed. I would like the owner of this furniture store to come by my house and have a look, not a store spokesperson, the owner. I don't think he knows what kind of product is leaving his store! They did not have an example of this table in store, we picked it out of a catalog, never again.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement
