Good Afternoon,     My call center manager, [redacted], contacted Mrs. [redacted] and apologized for her unpleasant experience with our call center. In review Mrs. [redacted]'s account for services rendered on 7/17/2017 were processed by her primary insurance with a secondary...

error in the adjustment which caused Mrs. [redacted]'s account  to erroneously cycle to [redacted]  (collection agency). When Mrs. [redacted]  contacted our call center (10/31/2017)  the error was recognized and a phone call was made to [redacted] to have the account closed with no further collection activity.  Per [redacted]'s phone call with Mrs. [redacted] I have confirmed closing of her account with [redacted] and submitted and itemized billing to her email address [redacted] showing her 7/17/2017 services have been corrected reflecting zero patient responsibility. I have also submitted through US postal service a statement for her 7/21/2017 charges reflecting a patient responsibility of 161.73.  A statement for services rendered on 7/21/2017 were previously mailed to Mrs. [redacted] but she never received the statement and DXP physicians did not receive a notice of mail return. Again, My apologies for the unpleasant experience she received with my call center and [redacted] has utilized her account as a training opportunity  for the call center and the payment team.
