Have been waiting 5 months for headers, never have received and was charged full price for them. Keep getting lied to about that headers will be sent. Filing a police report with Anaheim and also filing a complaint here. This is fraud as far as we are concerned!

I began trying to place an order with them in March 2013. I finally spoke with them in April and was told at that time by the owner of the business that it would take two weeks for delivery.

Then, I was told a few weeks later by his daughter that it would take about 6 weeks.

She charged me a 50% deposit after we spoke and I have been waiting ever since. It is now January of 2014 and they don't answer the phone or emails.Desired Settlement: Ship me a set of headers for a 2001 Ford Ranger Edge that has a 5.0 V8 engine and 4 wheel drive with no EGR bung.

Sorry, but this letter was delivered to the wrong unit. As far as the complain filed with you guys by Mr. [redacted]. He did get his header that he order and then returned it back to us for an issues that the header had. As of right now we're in the process of sending back the correct header to him. Any one that orders these headers know that this are done on the side. We don't keep these in stock, as we have our own production of headers that we run on a daily bases. The header that Mr. [redacted] order are done on Saturday's. Due to that these headers are a special order only. There not part of our daily production like I mention. As far as, not answering the phone or emails we did. He spoke with my dad a few times and I was out on maternity leave up until December of 2013. But at the end he did get the header and now we're working with him on replacing it with the correct on for his car.

Review: I placed an order for a stepped header 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 (with an o2 sensor on the right side and the header being coated) on 5/19/2014. My order was billed to my mastercard on 5/21/2014. As of today, I have not been updated on my order status.

I have called several times and been told that [redacted] will call me back with order status, I have never received a returned phone call from anyone at Al's Headers. I sent an email on 7/29/2014 that read: (Hi [redacted],

Back in late April I ordered a 1 ¾ to 1 7/8 stepped header for my VW race car (coated with a o2 bung on passenger side). It was billed immediately to my MasterCard.

I still have not received it and yet to receive a call back with an ETA status on it. My Cell # is ###-###-####, and shipping address for the order is [redacted].) But No response. I called Al's today (8/5/2014) but the message machine is full.Desired Settlement: I still would like to receive this part but in a reasonable time frame.

Since, June we have had some issues here at Al's Headers. Due to the fact my dad Al, is the main bender for our company. He was out off work in June for about 3 to 4 weeks, due to knee surgery and having to recover. Shortly, after that he was hospitalized for blood clots in his lungs due to the surgery. Then finally, when he was give the green light to return to work by his doctor, on August 8th he was involved in a car accident. There for has pushed our production back 3 months. We, understand that customers our #1 in our company. We here at Al's Headers are truly sorry that we've had customers waiting. We do have everything ready to go for the customer who has paid in full. We never intended to make him wait but health problems came upon my dad with out warning.

In the reply from the business they do not give any details as to when they plan to ship my order or when I should expect to receive my order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
