Review: ** was given an order for the delivery and installation of a [redacted] Generator with attached Switch on November **2013. He was paid $ 1350 to cover the payment for the hardware and I was promised delivery before Xmas.

He never delivered. I c**led him time and again and got ALl kind of excuses. Eventually end of February 2014 I asked for delivery of the hardware or repayment. I have got no response and expect none seeing **'s Heating reputation.Desired Settlement: Repayment.

He has done some repair on my Burner in January 2014 for which I never received an invoice, but this repair can not cover the prepayment for the mentioned hardware.

Review: I've hired Al's heating and Air to install a spilt heating and cooling units in my home. I paid him a deposit for two units. $500 for a single unit for my family room and $1,000 for a second unit for two of my bedrooms. First he installed a unit in my family room. Once most of the work was finished on that unit except for a part of the cover to go over tubing outside my home, and repair of the interior and exterior walls of the old unit he removed. I paid him the $1,300 balance and was told he would come by in two daysto run the electrical for the second unit. He never showed up nor did he call and I called him several times with no answer I text him with no response and I continue this for the next three weeks until you told me that [redacted] you would come by but that didn't happen I rode him told him I was very annoyed that he wasted my time. I asked him to return my deposit. He asked me what do you do with the unit that he purchased I told him to return it and give me my full refund back of $1,000. I don't want to pay a restocking fee because this was his lack of scheduling to start the project after several calls and text messages.

I went by his house and left a note on his front door, but no response. I need your help in getting this matter resolved in getting my thousand dollars back and him finishing the work on the first unit he installed.Desired Settlement: And to finish the exterior and interior wall. Secure the first unit on the platform

Review: [redacted] signed a false contract, verbalizing to me he's a licensed. He was suppose to remove the oil heating/ boiler and convert to gas heating at my home. He took a $2,500 check from we which he cashed, and left without doing any of the work. I have called him numerous times and recently saw him in the news several times for unlicensed contracts/ scams and unfinished jobs. I just want my money back, please help me!Desired Settlement: Refund check or cash of $ 2, 500 he owes me.
