Per Jason:Company states they sold the cabinets to the customerThe company said if the customer did not like them she could have returned themSince she kept them the company has worked with the manufacturer to replace any part of the cabinets that had any defectsThe manufacturer made all the
replacements the customer requestedCompany states if the customer still wants a refund, she will need to return the cabinets

I have been in constant communication with Stonesmiths. Per Jason the manufacturer stated that Stonesmiths should have assembled etc. I have many emails stating that I expected to receive replacement parts and a partial refund prior to and after installation of the granite. I was provided No policies or paperwork at stonesmiths at all. This is a blatant lie nor was any of this discussed. The issues with the manufacturer are not mine..I did not hire them. Jason and Callie both staTed on many occasions that the manufacturer was totally u reasonable and they won't be using them anymore. Now in an attempt to not rectify this situation they act as thought I am the unreasonable one. This is extremely poor service. If you provide the goods the liability is yours..I paid Stonesmiths not the cabinet company.

This is not an accurate detail of the issues. Would Stonesmiths like to remove the granite and countertops and issue a full refund ? There were many many issues not resolve blessed with replacement parts.
