After talking with my sales manager we had agree to pay the $168 .. Had we been aware or informed that we would be asked to pay more then that we would have picked up the machine and repaired it ourself. Thank [redacted].

called over to [redacted] and talked to the service manager ([redacted]) and he did not talk to anyone from Al's Snowmobile . He is willing to stand behind me that this plow was improperly installed. We originally talked about the $168 for parts only,but we then had to have a plate welded to frame to strength the frame because of the holes drilled into the frame.
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.

We had talked with the customer and we agreed on $168 . We are willing to send him a check. We also talked to the repair shop ([redacted]) and he would not confirm with us that we had done anything incorrect.  We are sorry for any problems that [redacted] has incurred.
