question had a sale sign of $499.99 when you were in the store on Saturday. As was explained we did not have inventory in the store and that the unit was a floor sample belonged to our sales rep. We could not sale it. When the sales associate contacted the store manager she was instructed to offer a courtesy rain check on this item with a additional $20 allowance when the shipment arrived. As explained the sales associate invadverdantly offered 20% rather than $20 because. The $20 offer was for the inconvenience of coming back to the store. Upon discovering this error earlier this week that associate contacted you by phone explaining the situation and after that conversation, emotionally asked Kris to call you. As explained to you yesterday, Al's will honor the 20% discount netting the minibike to $399.99. As mentioned on our communication this morning, we also would be happy to deliver it for no charge. We have contacted our rep and he has authorized us to sell you his loaner now, or you can wait until our shipment arrives next week. Again, we will contact you when the shipment arrives or please let us know if you want the floor sample. Thanks
