Review: My car (with a new battery) was towed to this service center by [redacted] because it wouldn't start. They promised to call me back in an hour with a diagnosis of the issue. They never called back. We called after 2 hours and were informed that the throttle body had to be cleaned and that they already did the work and asked us to pick up the car. When I went in the evening to pick-up the car, they charged me $48.15 for cleaning the throttle body. I paid the amount. Then when I went to start the car, it still had the same problem. The person in the counter came and verified that the car still wouldn't start. When I asked for refunding the amount paid, he refused saying he didn't know how to reverse the transaction and was extremely rude to me. I don't think I should be paying for a service that was not rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my car fixed and pay for fixing the issue properly.
