Al's Transportation

Contracted with [redacted] to transport my vehicle from Harrisburg PA to Tucson AZ. The contracted date for pick up was 9/1 and delivery date was 9/8. [redacted] quoted the cost as $1300, and said they needed a deposit of $200 to secure truck. Gave them card and they ran it for $200, but then said I still owed $1300 - technically cost was $1500. Driver did not arrive on contracted date, only arriving on 9/4, then he goes missing for an entire week and [redacted] states there isn't anything they can do. Located driver and he states he will deliver on 12th then doesn't show, then 13th and doesn't show same for the 14th and 15th. I get a call on 15th at 8p saying if I want the jeep delivered I need to give them the credit card info to run the remaining amount (even though this is contracted as COD). Give card number and then am told delivery will take place at 4a on 16th at the [redacted] in Tucson (again contracted to deliver to house). Go to the Mall to pick up at 4a and the driver is not there with the jeep. Call around for about 1-2 hours and finally get driver to answer only to be told he is an hour away from the drop location.
