Unfortunately the time frame to start the customers siding job had taken some time due to the hail storms that hit the Denver areas. This created extended time for getting the material and a shortage of laborers.  We have been to her house several times to address any of...

the issues that she had.  Her house was very difficult because all the different angles where the soffits and walls came together. The completed job looks very nice, and she was very happy with Jesse and his work.  It was unfortunate that there were problems with the Asian siding crew and we understand the frustration of paying a lot of money and everything not going smoothly as planned.  Despite all of that, Alsco has made several attempts and trips to fix every little detail that Ms. [redacted] has complained about.  She stated that we "smashed her gutters, and all it was is that someone stepped on her downspout extension and bent it and we replaced it for her right away with no questions. We have confronted the crews and looked into the missing pavers and we cannot come up with a reason why anyone would take them.  She has security cameras, but was unable to see anything taken. We have never had a problem with crews taking from our customers. The wrap around the front door was perfect when Jesse left. SHe was having someone redo the front storm door and that may have caused it to bow.   Alsco will be sending Jesse out one more time to address any last issues Ms. [redacted] has.  We feel that we can resolve this and both parties will be happy.

I have read the reply from Alsco and I would Like to have [redacted] come out to fix the problems that still exist.  However, that being said I would like to be home when this happens so that I can supervise the repairs.  The response eludes to the front door having some repair and that is what caused the bow but I hardly think that replacing the two screens that slide in and out was the cause.  Just as the security camera in the rear of the house would not capture the culprit that stole the pavers from the sides of the house.  I still want the pavers replaced or I want a financial settlement.  I have to pay to replace them so that I can continue the landscaping in the back yard and I think it is unfair that it cost me when it was her company and crew that is the reason they are gone.  This is truly a horrible company and I am telling everyone that I know that they should not do business with Jean or her company.  They are untruthful and thieves and the rating that they have with you all should be taken away.  I will be waiting for [redacted] to contact me and schedule an appointment.  As far as the cost of the pavers I am hoping that the Revdex.com can arrange that for me.

The customer has been compensated over and above .  It started with the customer not liking a piece of trim that was affixed to the bottom of the windows on the outside to fill a small space between the window and the siding.  The customer did not like the trim piece on the...

outside, so we agreed to put a new piece of siding under the window so trim wasn't needed. we also painted it for the customer (cost $300) she didn't think she should have to pay for this so we did not charge her.  The inspector from the building department said a window by the back door needed to be tempered, so we had to switch out the glass with a tempered piece... customer was not charged originally charged for this and she didn't think she should have to pay for it so we didn't charge her for this (over $300 cost). Customer had a $200 balance owing and said she didn't think she should have to pay it to compensate for all the time and trouble she went through, so we gave her that off. As you can see the customer has been greatly compensated ($800). We've tried to do everything the customer ask to keep her satisfied with her job and at no cost to her.

Alsco Cardinal came out to look at the windows again, and we are all in agreement that there is definitely something wrong with the windows. Due having to wait almost 5 months and I still have the windows and holes in my kitchen ceiling from the leaking windows. I still do not want the windows replaced by Alsco and [redacted] windows I am getting them replaced with another window company, I gave Alsco cardinal a chance at fixing the problem, and then replacing the rest of my house with their windows, I have only replaced the upstairs windows so far, but due to the time I have had to spend on the windows that are broken, I really do not want to go through this again. I would like my money back for the windows and to repair the ceiling in the kitchen.

Once again, Alsco had to caulk the entire window when there was leaking, not just the outside of the window which is normal. Also there was separation of the window on the outside which allowed the water to leak in. There is still Black dirt in the window which should not be there. I have hired another company to complete the windows in my house. I am very thankful I only had them do the upstairs windows and not my entire house. The windows are not good, it was agreed that there was definitely something wrong with the windows the last time Alsco came out. And yes, the water damage was caused by the windows not the roof...

The customer had 13 windows installed and only 1 is having a problem? We recaulked the whole window because we were there and she claimed the water was coming from that window. These windows sit on a roof line and this is where the water was coming from, not the window. That much water could not leak from that window. The manufacturer went to her house too and said the windows were not leaking.

Customer ordered a special size and special color patio door. It took the manufacturer 12 weeks to manufacture and deliver the door to Alsco. When the installer went out to install the door he informed the customer that the door was 1/4"-1/2"...

too tall and couldn't install it. He brought the door back to Alsco. The customer called in and said the door didn't fit and wanted her deposit back. Our salesman talked to her and wanted to go back out and look to see why the installer said it didn't fit, but she wouldn't let us back out to look. She said she wants her money back.
