Review: I am president of the Methow Valley Senior Center. We had a contract for entry mats with Alsco. There were problems from the beginning: they didn't provide the mats we requested and brought mats that were the wrong size. After a few months, they changed their service day from Monday to Tuesday, which is a day the Senior Center is not open so the mats weren't being exchanged. We requested to have the contract terminated and went through their termination process as described in the contract. I also made many phone calls to various levels of management. I finally received a "Quit Form" ending the contract, but I am still receiving billings for months we did not receive service.Desired Settlement: I would like Alsco eliminate the account balance of $203.72 for Methow Valley Senior Center cr 011401.
