It is Mowery's goal to provide each and every customer with first class service, this we failed to provide Mr. [redacted]. Mowery in no way participates in high pressure sales and in no way wants any customer to feel...

pressured into buying anything...this is not what Mowery is about. This complaint will be reviewed with each individual involved as well as all employees at Mowery so that no other customer has this experience with Mowery. Mowery will refund Mr. [redacted] the $168 and the $140 as he as requested. Again I am truly sorry for what Mr. [redacted] experienced with Mowery. Thanks, Andy H[redacted]General Manager

I would like to apologize that it took so long to get this customer's repair scheduled. We did call and leave a message on 6/8 at 2:33 pm to let the customer know that we had received their part. Unfortunately we should have tried to contact the customer through the other phone numbers we have...

listed on their account. We did go out to the customers home on 6/9 to complete the repair but it was discovered that the water heater would need to be removed and reinstalled to complete the previous quoted repair. Our technician gave the customer an additional quote to remove and reinstall the water heater. Since the repair has taken so long to get completed for the customer and the fact that we did not try and contact the customer with the additional phone numbers listed on their account, I would agree to complete the repair including removing and reinstalling the water heater for the original price they were quoted. Please have the customer contact me directly at 317-350-2015 and I will make sure this gets handled promptly.
