I am writing to you, again, with regard to ID #10619528, which I filed with you on May 11, in reference to the company A & L Soft, LLC, to whom I paid$to on March 25, 2015, for technical support on my desktop computer I have spoken to both the India office and the owner, ***
***, who toldme that they bank with Bank of America and that there will be a seven (7) day wait for the bank to issue the check which is supposed to be mailed to me.I informed them of the Revdex.com complaint that I made and told them that when I receive the refund of $that I will inform the Revdex.com in Southeast Texas thatI wish to rescind the complaint and mark the matter as satisfied The company has yet to follow through on any return phone, et cetera, as of this date I haveaudio taped every phone call that I have made to them and have attached said audio to this second informational email.Thank you so very much for your quick response to my complaint If only every company worked like your companythe world would be a better place.Thanks again,*** A*** *** *** *** ***
On May 23rd, 2015, I received a call from the Skype number (***) ***-***, which is for the company affiliated withA & L Soft, LLC, who actually handles the software maintenance for them I believe they are located in India.The person called me at 4:pmand we spoke for four minutesHe asked me to wait while he checked on the status of my refund of $400.00.I explained that I cancelled the Mastercard debit card that I originally gave them the number for to make the initialpayment, because they tried to recharge me a month later for $without my permission or knowledge.He asked me to wait for his call on Tuesday, May 26th, 2015, in order to ask me how I wanted the money send, via check being mailedto my home address and mailed to me, or a Cashier's Check to myself and my home address I have not received anything but phone calls as of this date.I am awaiting his call to complete the refund and end my relationship with them. They are definitely a computer software technical support company that SCAMS Consumers out of their money.Thank you very much for your actions in this matter I believe that your contacting themhelped in them trying to refund me the money
Revdex.com:Ms. [redacted] has left numerous phone messages with regard to the status of my Complaint No. 10619528.I did receive a check from Ms. [redacted] of A&L Soft, LLC , Business ID #0090063040, in the amount of $400.00.I had to wait ten (10) business days for the check to clear and to show the funds available after deposit.This matter has been resolved and I am no longer seeking anything else from the above company.I do believe that they are a SCAM company, that I was just very lucky to have received my money back.I believe that the fact that I explained to them that I work for 15 judges in New Orleans as a Court Reporter did not hurt.Also, my contact with the Revdex.com just solidified the end result. Thank you so very much for all of your help.
