This is to notify you (Revdex.com) that I have received full resolution for my complaint filed on 01/29/against AlsoSalt LLC On 02/19/the business contacted me by phone to determine which method of refund I preferred - by refund to my credit card or a check mailed to me I stated that I wanted a refund issued to my credit card On 02/20/a refund in the amount of $was issued to my credit card Thank you very much

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In my original complaint submitted on 01/29/I requested a refund/credit for bottles of AlsoSalt be refunded to my credit card that was used for the initial purchase on 08/21/ The business responded through Revdex.com stating, "Refund has been sent as requested." Since receiving this response, I have monitored daily my American Express credit card on line watching for a credit to be received As of today, no credit has been issued to my credit card, nor have I received a check refund via the U.Smail service I am still waiting for my refund/credit Sincerely, [redacted]

This is to notify you (Revdex.com) that I have received full resolution for my complaint filed on 01/29/16 against AlsoSalt LLC.  On 02/19/16 the business contacted me by phone to determine which method of refund I preferred - by refund to my credit card or a check mailed to me.  I stated that I wanted a refund issued to my credit card.  On 02/20/16 a refund in the amount of $39.65 was issued to my credit card.  Thank you very much.

business responded through Revdex.com stating, "Refund has been sent as requested."  Since receiving this response, I have monitored daily my American Express credit card on line watching for a credit to be received.  As of today, no credit has been issued to my credit card, nor have I received a check refund via the U.S. mail service.  I am still waiting for my refund/credit.
