I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because there is no factual basis in any of *** ***'s claimsI have recorded the entire conversation both days that *** *** and his crew last came to work on my projectMoreover, I am not on parole nor have I ever been, and I am not This project is in my name, as the documentation received from *** *** dba ALT Construction has my name on it.As to allegations of stolen items, I had not only a tape measure stolen, but also $of roll up warehouse doors, my hat, and some electrical equipment, totaling around $I also have an audio recording of his construction workers returning my hat after the Bandera County Sheriff took a report and spoke with *** ***.I agree with *** *** about this resulting in a civil matter, because I will be pursuing litigation for libel.I also did not make any racial references, but to the contrary, I have messages and audio recordings of *** *** referring to mistreatment and hate crime activity towards African Americans, which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional.I can be contacted at ###-###-#### if there are any further questions.Thank you for your time Ms***.*** *** ***

Good morning, I am disputing the false accusations from Mr. [redacted] in the fact that they are untrue and have no factual backing. He isn't even the customer, the project in question was contracted to his mother, there is no verbiage or funding received from Mr. [redacted].  A.L.T. General...

Construction LLC. was doing a remodel for Mrs. [redacted] his mother so she could get her 37 year old son out of her house. There was not an issue toward construction and everything was going fine and as planned until Mr. [redacted] had his mother stop the project while he went to his parole meeting in California. This trip was supposed to take two weeks and we were to wait until he returned. This was agreed upon and I explained that we would have to go work on something else until he returned. The two week trip turned into 6+ weeks and as you could understand we had to keep our guys working somewhere else. I received a call from Mr. [redacted] stating that he would be in on a Wednesday and he expected men there that day. I replied that I could not have men on site until the following Monday due to the fact I couldn't just leave another customer unfinished. He acknowledged that he and his mother would meet me on the site that Monday and everything seemed to be in order. Monday we were on site as promised with a full crew and proceeded to work as requested. I asked if we could sit down and go over the schedule and that is when the cursing and the hateful racist comments started! I was very adamant that this was going to be a civil conversation and he wouldn't stop with the screaming and cursing and called me a lot of very ugly things. I asked Mrs. [redacted] to please calm her son down and let me know why he was so upset, she said she wasn't going to do or say anything and he could act how he wanted. At that point I said I would leave and let the situation calm down and would be happy to reschedule our meeting between myself and her to have an adult conversation just so I could get the reason he was so upset. I sent Mrs. [redacted] a text to let me know when I could meet her about an hour later and expressed that I wanted to get to the bottom of this issue, she agreed and said she appreciated the communication. But within and hour and a half of this conversation the sheriff department was on my property with accusations that I had stole his tape measure. I explained the situation to the officer and the matter was dropped. I then started getting threats and derogatory comments on my wife's Facebook about being a raciest, and committing adultery. I tried contacting Mrs. [redacted] to stop the false accusations and lets work this out because she was not only my customer but my neighbor as well. I got no response and when I went over to talk to her there were already other contractors on site. I explained to them that by having another contractor touch the other trades stuff it would void the warranty. And his words and I Quote " Your my n[redacted] and you will do what I say and if I tell you to jump you don't even ask how high, you just jump till I tell you to stop" Then at that point I just smiled and told them to have a blessed day and I would not be back. And since then Mr. [redacted] sits outside my house starting at midnight to 3 or 4 in the morning. This has turned to a civil issue and the Bandera County Sherriff has been making note of everything he has been doing. I have a list I would be happy to send you of the work that was preformed and where it was paid for and what wasn't.  I to this day do not know what his problem with me or my company was, I never received and actual reason from the custom. I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because it does not allow me to attach audio recordings. Phone and in-person conversations were done in accordance with Texas Penal Code Section 16.02 and 18.20. With that being said, these recordings would disprove all counter claims made by [redacted].Moreover, I am appalled that [redacted] has resorted to name calling. We are adults; this is not the 3rd grade playground.
