This location and specifically [redacted] is a very sad excuse for a sales manager. The timeliness of returning calls is unprofessional as is atmosphere of the office. I am in the process of purchasing a home and talked to this location first as I was in the area. During my conversation it was said to me that I did not need to visit the Plant City location as that location would be closing soon. Sales Mgr said he learned this while away at a meeting with his boss and over drinks. I think this is very unprofessional way to earn someone business and tells me his character. I will visit another location/company to make my purchase as the nature of the way this location does business is not anything I want to be associated with. The Corp. office should be aware and take note.
