Customer fails to mention that when dropping off for installation, she pinned each r.o.t.cpatch to the garment(s) in front of our associatethe patches were then sewn exactly as they were pinned by the customerif the customer was at all
unsure about location, perhaps the r.o.t.chandbook should have been consulted before proceeding to pin every patch herselfanother option would have been to simply give us the patches and instruct us to follow the handbook for installationgiven these circumstances, we didn't feel that a refund for services was warrantedif the customer wanted the patches redone, we would have charged a reduced amount compared to the original charges, reflecting the fact that our tailors are independent contractors and any further work done would be at their cost onlyhowever, given the customer's repeated threats to "take us down" we have decided that any further consideration regarding this particular matter is no longer warranted

I pinned the patches on to the uniform explaining to the cashier that I did not know where they were to be put, hence the handbook being providedI also mentioned that I did not know where they were to be put and did not want to pin them, but the lady cashier said I must pin themI pinned them correctly, the problem was the serviceWhen they were unpinned to be sewn on correctly, the person who sewed the patches mixed the two look alike patches to incorrect sides
When speaking with the same lady cashier, I explained all of this and she said that your business would not care and that the seamstress does not follow booksWhen I told her she should have looked at the book provided, she said the seamstress does not readWhy was this not mentioned at time of service
This was not an r.o.t.cuniform either, so clearly the business did not even take the time to know what service they are even responding to hereClearly they did not read the book, clearly they did not take the time to do the uniform correctly or they simply have done this to many uniforms and they do not know which claim they are discussing, but this was not a r.o.t.cuniformThis is a military uniform for the young marines
