This patient did have a valid complaint in that her payment was not posted correctly to the billing system Unfortunately, when she called us to correct the issue our biller did not correctly take care of the issue I received an e-mail from this patient at 1:39am MST on 4/7/ I responded to her at 7:MST to let her know we would research the issue and get back to her the same day The patient sent me additional information and I responded to her that we would use that to track down the issue and get it corrected and that we would respond back with a resolution the same day During that time of nearly continual communication, she lodged a complaint with the Revdex.com The issue was resolved at 9:31am MST (the same day of her e-mail complaint) and I have notified the patient of its resolution I let her know that both mistakes were indeed our fault and apologized several times The issue has been corrected Our team lead will also call the patient personally to apologize

Revdex.com:In February, when I called to fix this issue, I contacted two different agents to correct this matter. Both didn't give me clear explanation, or tell me about their mistakes. One of agents even told me that they made a note to handle my case. Yet, obviously they didn't, so I received a bill again today in April. Since I live in Hawaii, and their office is in Utah, when I called their customer setvice, their office hasn't opened yet.I no longer trust their customer service line, yet my ophthalmology office uses their business for billing, I wanted to even switch a doctor to avoid Alta Medical Management. But, Ryan handled and fixed this issue promptly.Ryan helps me to rebuild trust to Alta Medical Management.Yet, I can't relieve until I receive a corrected bill in my hands, since last time I just took their words, yet they didn't keep their words.I am really hoping this kinds of mistake won't happen again.
