I was never offered a replacement phoneThe phone was not fixed the first times I turned it in for repairsI was specifically told the repairs would take 2-days and my phone would not be shipped off to be repaired by anyone else and I have a witness to this conversation which took place in personEmployee Jeremy lied to me about the status of my phone and its location more than once, then lied to his co-workers and boss regarding the nature of our conversationsI requested to speak to the business owner multiple times and was deniedHe only attempted to contact me after he received this complaintHe called when I was at work and claimed he would call back another time but never botheredHe obviously doesn't care how his customers are treated.

This is in response from a complaint from *** ***. *** had an iPhone 5C that we sent in for repair (free of charge). We also provided *** a loaner iPhone (free of charge) while the phone was sent to repair. *** claimed that the phone still had issues
when returned. We offered to replace the phone (free of charge) with the same model, but *** wanted to have her phone sent back in again. We advised *** that the phone could take 4-weeks to get back and she chose that route. In reference to the customer "knowing something was wrong because of the abnormally long time" he waited, the customer's appointment was at 2:00, and due to the degree of difficulty with the curvature of the rear window of his vehicle, his
vehicle was in the bay longer than normal, as we always strive to go above and beyond for customer satisfactionAs far as the allegation that our store scratched this customer's windshield, all of our tint is computer cut, so nothing was used which could have produced the above-mentioned scratch, and upon watching the video of this customer's vehicle being tinted, there was nothing on the video that showed a way in which the scratch could have been caused by tint installation at our facilityAlso, when the customer called and spoke with the owner, he was asked to bring the vehicle back by so the owner could take a look at the scratch, and as of the time of this writing, the customer has not returned nor contacted our store again
