We are new to the springs I took my year old to the doctor for her first visit for strep Immediately upon entering I was confronted on the cost of the visit in a way that made me feel like I was at a pushy car salesman I usually don't have a copy on my plan and its billed through the insurance company first They insisted before even looking at my child that it will have to be billed at their cost and the insurance company will reimburse me I then said ok, just look at my childThe nose came in and had very poor bed side manner with my year old My child tried to ask questions And her response was I don't have the tomeThen the front desk came in and talked about the bill to me in the room No tests had been done yet, she hadn't seen the doctor yet I said to her that this is our first visit and I can't believe the treatment here The nurse walked out and I thought she was getting the doctor She came back in and said that she has to walk us out and we are no longer
