I was on my way home September 11, 2023 driving through Burien Washington. I was traveling eastbound on S.128th St approaching 22nd Ave S at the posted 35mph. At the same time a northbound vehicle pulled ahead of his stop sign on my right to view my approach. An Alta driver overtook me on the narrow shoulder to my right at high speed forcing me to veer left and push my brake pedal to the floor to avoid getting into a three car collision. The Alta driver continued at high speed but slowed briefly at the intersection of S.128th St where I captured his license on my phone camera. As we both proceeded southbound on Military Rd S. I noted the traffic speed safety sign flash the Alta driver going 48mph in a 35mph zone.
Alta driver was aggressive and wrecklessly driving his company black/Nissan Frontier.

I wouldn't want this Alta employee visiting my home, my street, or place of business. I'd appreciate hearing of his dismissal. I'm grateful he didn't manage to kill me and the other driver and that our families will not be forced to sue Alta for this employee's open disregard of driving laws and safety.
