Both the product and delivery times exceeded my expectation The quality of the product was better than I expected and the product arrived sooner than I expected....well done!!!

Customers Order was shipped via [redacted] ground. [redacted] tracking number [redacted].  Upon order placement, the customer is provided with a link at the bottom of their order receipt.  This link provide information for retrieving real-time order updates.  Alternately, the our website...

www.earthaugersdirect.com has a "Track Your Order Link" in the header of the website.  The customer can track his order at any time at this link.  Alternately, our website www.earthaugersdirect.com has a "My Account" link in the header of the website.  All customers have the ability to login to their account at any time and retrieve order status and tracking information.  This information and instructions are provided with the customers order receipts, which is provided at the time an order is completed.
Alternately, when an order is shipped, an order notification with an order status and tracking number is sent to the email address on file for the order, this email address is provided by the customer and all orders are required to submit and shipping notice email when an order is shipped, otherwise, the order shipment cannot be processed in our system.  This email was sent to the customer with full tracking details....   It is possible that this email went to the customers spam folder.   In addition, the customer had submitted and email request for his tracking number on January 20th, to which we responded with his tracking number.  This was the first time this information had been requested, to which we immediately responded with the requested information.  Again, it is possible that this email correspondence was captured by the customers spam folder. 
In short, we provide more than ample solutions to retrieve the information the client is asking for, and further we have proactively provided the same information the client requested on more than one occasion.  The order has been processed as shipped as requested. No further action can be taken at this time, as we have done as was asked of us..

I placed my order with the expectation to see the order in a week or two. Large product, heavy to ship....Much to my surprise, my order arrived within two days. The product itself more than met my expectations, not to mention, it arrived sooner than I could have imagined... I don't go out of my way to write reviews, however, when a company goes above and beyond, I feel its only right to give credit where credit is due... Keep up the good work...

Would not buy from this company again. I purchased a earthquake generator from them in Nov, 2014. Bought it to take on a camping trip the 13th. The generator smoked on startup and I received a replacement. Fired it up and it ran for about 10 minutes before blowing out smoke and quiting. Couldn't restart as the pull rope hung up. Returned both to the manufacturer. I tracked the UPS shipment and they received them on Dec 2nd. I emailed the company to remind them that the generators arrived at the manufacturer and I would like them to start my refund. Didn't receive a reply. I again sent them a reminder email on the 3rd. I received a nasty email from the company saying I didn't have to keep reminding them and that they would start the refund after 72 hours. I finally got the refund, but I would never purchase from them again. Not only did I receive one bad generator, but received two piece's of junk. No apology, credit or any other favorable comment. Also, you can only reach them via email, they won't talk to a live person. I wrote a review on their website on the generator and it never got posted. I just wrote another, but I doubt it will get posted either, as they have no reviews period for that generator. Kind of strange.

Review: I placed an order on 1/9/14 and was charged for it that day. As of today, 1/21/14, I have not received my product. Tracking information is not available, I cannot get the company to answer my call, email. or messages.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded as soon as possible.
