I be asked open business checking account with Bank of American on March of 2019, and told me they had promotion for 300 USD for business checking account that time, after open the account, after 3 months I still didn't got incentive of 300 USD, then I called business customer servise again and again, check the process of incentive, everytime, they said they will check and reply me, but till now, already passed half year, they still checking , and no proper answer, like play the game. hope you can help me to solve the problem, thanks

I applied to a credit card reference number ***. The institution ran my credit score and later sent me a letter. They requested me to provide with proof of Green card.
I went to a branch in DC near Dupont circle and submitted the requested information.
Before April 24 I called to follow up and customer service told that they have not received documents from me.
I was in Miami visiting my mother. I went to a branch in Miami and submitted the documents again (copy of green card). This time the banker called to confirmed that the credit card department received the documents. They confirmed.
To my surprise I received again the notification requesting the exact same documents.
I called customer services and the supervisor was intentionally helpless. She said a new credit score will be run which affects my credit score. Also, it is not reasonable that the institution run my credit score again which affects my credit (two inquiries for the same credit card) It makes no sense.
