I am rejecting this response because: I refuse to spend any more money on this schoolThey should have disclosed that what the hostpital hours requirements are instead of letting me hope that I'll have a chance to inter this externship without being jobless and with no medical coverage as this is one of the requirements

[redacted] is not entitled to a refund pursuant to item number 7 in her application. She has a copy of this document, was informed about this but does not understand or refuses to understand the plain meaning of the agreement. While we informed her that we may consider some refund under unusual...

circumstance, we asked her a copy of the job offer with the designated position. She said she does not have that, and so we cannot consider any form of refund. She also said we ignored her, but several emails were made between Altamont and [redacted], and as my email clearly indicated (when [redacted] emailed me), I was away until August 9. [redacted] knew that this matter is referred to me, but she has problems with understanding directions. She continues to email other staff members thus taking time from our regular work. [redacted] will not be receiving any refund as stated in the contract. She will not be considered for any refund as this issue has taken so much time from us and that she never submitted the required documentation asked. Further, I am not sure why [redacted] was stated as the contact person in [redacted]'s email.
